  Classic SB nose with gooseberries and grass but not NZ, in your face style. Very dry and mineral yet also oily in texture. Citrus, pure and precise. A joy to drink. Still very youthful.

  Wine balanced, harmonious and fresh. Incredible aroma notes of white flowers,gunpowder and citrus fruits.in the mouth the response is immediate: great minerality, lemon zest and freshness. long finish a unique emotion. paired with sushi ( Rainbow Roll, Sake Tempura Maki )
