NobleRottersSydney - with Michel Chapoutier (Darling Mills, Glebe): A musky, minerally wine, quite steely, with a faintly pungent bouquet, and very subdued acid, yet with a long finish. A wild-yeast fermented 100% Marsanne, it was really rather neutral at this stage of it’s life.
