  100% non diraspato, gamay da vigne di 80 anni. Che dire... un Beaujolais Grand Cru... ancora indietro come tannino e rugosità, ma la spinta aerea dei raspi riempie il palato di profumi e di una persistenza lunghissima.
  Succo, polpa e bevibilità.
  Da attendere ancora qualche anno per godere la piena maturità, ma è una meraviglia.
