Agree with the Grapefruit Contingent here. Great round mouthfeel for such a nicely acidic SB. Didn't feel that this was a wildly exciting wine, but also felt that I mighta overchilled it -- as it warmed up a bit it had a little more interest to it. Went nicely with a zucchini/tomato/chevre pasta dish, but wasn't so delicious that I regretted using it to saute the red onions with it.

Similar to my last note, but a year later, the color actually seems lighter (than my note). Grapefruit prominent on the nose and palate. Tart with some lime undertones. With the mineral component, it's almost like drinking a gin gimlet without the alcohol bite and with a grapefruit aftertaste.

I concur with the other notes. Grapefruit. Light. Refreshing. Crisp. Tart (a bit so for my taste, but that's a personal thing not a "bad wine" thing). Enjoyable.

Really nice tart grapefruit aromas and flavors with pronounced chalky minerality. Tart and delicious like a Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc is supposed to be. Not overly complex, but really tasty.

Straw color. Ripe pink grapefruit on the nose and palate with a hint of minerals. Nice medium finish.
