  • Appearance: pale to medium gold, clear, clean and daybright., medium plus viscosity

Nose: Citrus base with Hay. Evident nutty, vanilla flavors from barrel fermentation and ageing.

Palate: Tangy citrus with peach and stone fruit essences backed up by the vanilla/spice/coconut from toasted new oak fermentation and ageing.

Conclusion: A nice modern spanish white; not overly oaked or too heavy on the hay and citrus flavors. Medium + acidity accompanies a long warm finish. Barrel ageing adds so much complexity and finesse by combining American and French Oak to not overwhelm the fruit characteristics.
