Excellent budget summer wine, the best Sicilian white yet tried. Substantial but well-balanced between citrus acidity and round, if slightly neutral, green-apple fruit, quite a surprise to see it has "only" 12,5% alcohol, as the sweetness and mouthfeel suggest a much heavier wine. Good with seafood, and not overpriced at 25,50 Euros at an excellent Sicilian restaurant in Berlin-Friedrichshain. 87P
This is similar to last taste, light green apple on nose with some bitter (subtle) acid on palate. Lots of pleasent green apple and some other stone fruit. The finish has an oaky note. Good price for this. Others suggest good for everyday white drinker...go for it.
