  Een fles om op te verheugen. Eerste glas geproefd voordat ik besloot om eendenborst met een kersensaus erbij te maken.
  In het kort. Erg mooi, lekker, maar geen Wow.
  
  De tannines zijn zacht, de wijn heeft een enorme afdronk, en de zuren zijn mooi. Qua neus blijft hij wat gesloten. Eerder bramen en cassis dan kersen. Maar dan niet van die overrijpe bramen.
  
  De wijn hield overigens ook mooi stand bij een gele paprikasoep met camembert.

  Tasted last night. Rich and ripe fruit scent at first nosing, then deep burgundy aroma showed. Colour is light. Low acidity and soft tannis, but slightly over sweet. 2005 is one good year for Burgundy, both Nuits and Beaune.
