A nicely integrated maturing PS. Ripe black plum and blueberry cobbler nose, silky mouth feel, and nicely integrated tannins with a hint of supporting acid still present. Ripe black and blue fruit, but bonus points for the intriguing notes of cinnamon, clove, and thyme on a palate that managed to not be fruit and alcohol dominated. At 15% ABV it was just a *tad* hot, but did not feel over ripe or flabby. I wouldn't hold these much longer if you have them.

Similar to last drink and note. But I think the wine is mellower. This is a very nice drink. Went well with steak, and drinks nice by itself. Tannins are tamer than before.

Dark ruby color - very typical PS. Nice nose of dark fruit - cherries, plum, cassis, blueberry, along with chocolate and hint of licorice. Tannins are heavy, as is the alcohol. But with food it tones down nicely and has a smoother, long finish. Better the second day.

fruity jammy bit high on alcohol content spoils the finish
