  Pas très à l'aise avec les vins blancs, c'était néanmoins très intéressant. Un peu gras, beurré, saveur d'amande (je ne veux pas copier la précédente T-S mais c'est tellement vrai!). L'acidité équilibre le tout car ça aurait pu être "pesant". Plus minéral que fruité, belle longueur.
