Steak Dinner with Friends (My Place): Ok nose, with jammy dark fruits, but came across light--almost watered down--on the palate. Good flavors of dark fruit, touch of vanilla bean, and sweet fruit, but those can't account that it's running low kn gas.
An ok drink that's better to have now than very far into the future

Still tasting well with the right food. It's lost the oak flavor and is very smooth. Definitely not going to last much longer. It was a good bottle if vino.

A surprise winner from a bottle I wasn't expecting much out of (yes, I judged the book by its cover). Received as a gift and a sort of novelty, but it has become something I wouldn't mind buying myself.
I agree with several of the other reviews stating that this is not a very complex wine, but it's well put together with a classic cabernet flavor. You'll notice hints of mild oak, and a light touch of ripe blackberries. Will likely not improve much with age, but this is a wine you should enjoy now, not cellar.

A really crowd pleasing wine, but quite balanced as well. Not the most complex wine ever, but still tastes well made with nice balance of fruit, slight tannin, and some acid. very, very pleasant, but not quite what i hoped for after first bottle. 88+. Maybe i like napa stuff young more often than not.

Drinking very well right now. Distinct Cab characteristics, see previous notes.
