Well matured, full on secondary evolved fruit. Still going strong, no sign of any oxidation just well round, mature fruit and lots of depth. Beautiful bottle and shame it was our last one. 93 and drink at will.

Great to see this "oldie" in fighting form and with no oxidation issues. The colour tells the story by it self, dark, golden orange. The note has a full nutty feel to it, rich and open. On the palate it was healthy and still vibrant, rich, long yet subtle. A great experience. 92

1er Cru Puligny & Chassagne Montrachet 2004-1995, with Richard Brazier (Handford Wines, London): Mild on the nose. Quite healthy and alive . Good colour, shows some age. Fatty and long and really worth the £35 price tag. We will look to buy some. 91+ drink now but will last a few more years.
