Med pale yellow, with a fruity peach and apple nose, some melon- I love the palate, it deftly walks the line between heft and food pairing, with crisp fruitiness - really quite delish, it has exc depth and intensity - v nice.

Drank at Bouchons Bistro – notes of lemon and slight buttery aromas with flavours of citrus and nice minerality. Has some pleasant tartness yet a soft mouth feel with enough acid to keep it fresh. Drink now. Good.
