  Rhone & 4 Shared Reds (Vintage Wines Ltd., San Diego, CA): I'm PARTICULARLY grateful, Esther, as this was my first ever Navarro wine, a label I'd HEARD about for several decades! :)
  
  N: Cherries initially, with blkberries & undertones of minerals coming on?
  
  P: LM body; NICE, almost swtish frt met by a firming structure which slowly, fairly seamlessly evolves into a LONG, BALANCED, very, VERY slightly spicy finish with hints of a bitter/swt (40:60) "structure" to firm. For now, & at least approaching its 20th. Moreover, I suspect this will be able to accompany food for ALL of that! 14.4% ABV; My EXC/EXC+. Silver @ '04 Dan Berger's Int'l Wine Comp & Bronze @ '04 S.F. Chronicle Wine Comp.
