drank 30 minutes after decanting. Smoky nose with lots of tobacco and cigar smoke. Very fragrant nose with lots of cedar. Just showing really well and drinking beautifully like a claret.

Delightful wine - going strong at this stage with a few more years ahead of it ...... Has mellowed considerably and has picked up a lot more mature notes (the slight menthol was very nice). Sophisticated. At this price point I think it's very good indeed.

Deep red, burgundy colour. Lovely fruit on the nose - green pepper along with tar and cedar. Very fresh and bright. Flavours of green pepper, cedar, mushroom and tobacco. Very well balanced. Good length and drinking beautifully. Lovely wine.
