Lemon meringue pie, orange marmalade and roasted hazelnuts aromas and flavors. In a great place and will stay in the zone at least another 4 or 5 years.

This is drinking great right now. I tasted this champagne years ago at a tasting with Terry Thiese and he informed me that this plot if my memory serves me correctly I believe is heavy in clay. At the time i thought the champagne fat and boring. Last night and today i find the minerality and acidity in balance with the flesh. Long finish on this. I cant wait to open another one of these.
