This is ok. Very little fruit on the nose. I do get some oak, and some smokiness, but it needs to be balanced out by some fruit. The palate is a little better with some good cherry flavor. Some nice, well rounded tannins. Finish is short. Overall this tastes like an inexpensive Merlot. There is better value in this price point.

Very red fruited on the nose with light wood spice tones and an intriguing hint of raw beef and iron. Plum skin right up front followed by lovely minerality that recalls riverstones lurking within a fresh strawberry tones mid-palate with refreshing acids and soft tannins that lead to an slightly short, earthy little finish.
