  This 16 year old wine has proven to be fabulously ageworthy. Opaque purple. Deliciously fruity. Features the smoked meat flavor that older Syrahs get. Lush and caressing texture with still supportive tannin. Perfect match with grilled lamb. Flawless, with nothing old, tired, heavy, brown, or sugary.

  Ageworthy Shiraz at its best. Opaque and black to the edge. Wonderful mix of blackberry and smoked meat aromas. Rich and concentrated throughout, including smell, mouthfeel, fruit, and finish. Strong and lively fruit flavors of blackberry, black current, and raspberry. Caressing, integrated, seamless, and silky. Refreshingly acidic and juicy.

  This wine is 14 years old and is still superb. Getting better the longer it's open. Glad it held on for us. Big, juicy
  , long finish, fabulous colour, great nose. Doesn't get much better than this.

  Really enjoyed this wine - wonderful balance, fruit forward, long finish. Not sure it would get better with age but drank very well tonight.
