Baron Philippe de Rothschild wine (with food) tasting (Roberts and Speight): Almost clear but for a very pale golden core which quickly fades towards the rim of the glass. Simple on the nose and palate with absolutely no acidity whatsoever and very little flavour. I tried tasting this wine from two separate bottles and on both occasions I could have mistaken it for still peach flavoured spring water. I’m shocked that they bottle this stuff! Insipid, characterless swill. Not rated.

Was given as a gift. Not as bad as I expecting.
