  Un bianco superlativo, incontenibile nelle sue mille sfumature eppure così delicato. Momento eccellente per gustarlo, colore dorato lucente, naso multiforme e cangiante: comincia con un mazzo di fiori gialli appena raccolti, prosegue su un frutto maturo, cedro candito, mela cotta, si sposta su un mix di curcuma e zafferano. Il giorno dopo la melodia è fatta di erbe balsamiche e una spruzzata rinfrescante di anice.
  La bocca è suadente, ancora fresca, nessun segno di stanchezza, nessuna traccia di ossidazione, solo persistenza e perfezione. Vino clamoroso, uno dei migliori bianchi degli ultimi anni. Che manico Sauzet, bravissimo.
