Imperial Taste: Clear nose of gasoline/chemical funk on the nose--same as a previous A. Mann at Heritage! Darkish brown, thick--I beleive this could be tainted.

Tasting at Albert Mann (Wettolsheim, Alsace, France): Light to medium yellow in color this wine was aged in 2 and 3 year old barriques for 1 year. While somewhat closed on the nose, the palate had decent depth and fruit with tropical notes and some sweetness that seemed like it should subside in a few years. Long finish.

Nice wine, aromatic and flowery, but too sweet for me.

Anita: Same as above. It’s not tainted, but high in alc. (14%), fumey, a touch sweet--almost like sherry.
