BUD IS 75! (Abbot Street, Ngaio, Wellington, New Zealand): Deep golden, rich and opulent on the nose. Rich and peachy nose of lychee and floral notes gives way to a voluptuous and sweet palate, with fine definition and an impressively long finish. The sweetness of the wine is released by the brilliant complexity of the palate.

Need to upgrade my notes. This wine is fabulous! If you mix pure gold with sweet apricots almonds and saffron and add a really comfortable bit of acidity you will get this wine! I'm in love and I would recommend some really good Stilton cheese as a perfect pairing. A bit alcohol hot but who cares when it's just perfect.

With main lobsters this beats butter. Ripe, spicy, thick and golden. Another winner from the master. In the Zone but no rush as this is built to last. Yes Please. (note CT drinking window way too short IMO).

For sheer enjoyment, I might have gone even higher! Good nose, great bitter grapefruity length, and a spectacular taste and mouth. What a pleasure to drink.
