Peach-yellow color. Nose of golden raisins, quince, and faint burnt sugar. Similar palate, with a faint note of lychee. Low acidity, this lingers very sweetly on the finish. This is a little too cloying for sipping, but it is clean enough and could pair very nicely with certain desserts.

Golden color. Apples, golden raisins, and honey without being cloying. Nice viscosity. Still going strong. Pretty nice domestic dessert wine.
