Extremely nice wine, well preserve, well done Murrieta. High acidity, really persistent after the first sip. Thyme in nose, complex, with a lot of details. Wish to have more of them.

Really nice wine. Needed many hours open. best after 2+ hours. Before that time, it was a bit closed. It improved over time and never truly peaked as we finished the bottle at hour 4. As it sat the fruit and mature notes really came out and it has really good acidity and structure. Quite nice

Edgy, initially somewhat smelly oxidative style and rather lean at it. With time becomes better - there's dill, classic Rioja character, mild and beautiful. Acidity is very high in this one.

Perfumed aromas of classic Rioja with tobacco leaf. Underlying cherry fruit. Has more balance, but little bit lacking density and weight on mid-palate.

Red fruit on the initial nose with soil tones. Resolved palate with balance but without persistence or energy. I've had better bottles of this.
