  My last of these delightful pinots and maybe the best. Pop and pour and drank with grilled King Salmon. The wine was beautifully integrated and balanced. Exactly what I look for in a pinot. Earth, fruit and balanced acidity. Wish I had more to drink over the next 3-5 years.

  Even though it has plenty of fruit to balance the 14+% alcohol, the first word that comes to mind is ‘lovely’. Lots of earth and mushroom notes, and a sense of delicacy despite the heft. Wonderful.

  Drank this last night with Pheasant. Simply delicious. Wish I had more than 1 left. Very elegant, impeccable balance. This wine is in prime time right now.

  Delicious pinot drank with fresh king salmon. Bright and delicious with cherry and currant. Good acid balance. Yummy. I would say this wine is is in its prime. I would say drink over the next three years.
