If Bragg's made effervescent raspberry vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar this is what you'd wind up with. Yes the nose is bursting with raspberries and is layered and mouthwatering, but that palate, yikes. Note that I'm not craft beer fan and probably not that into sours in general. This was just far too much for me. It's possible this would be good with oysters but I can't figure out any other pairing.

Dinner at D Cuisine (Chicago, IL): Bottled March 16, 2022. Super precise and intense raspberry flavours. In context of all the other beverages on the table tonight, hyper acidic, but in the context of sour beers, this is actually pretty well-balanced. Very fresh and juicy -- I love these fruited Cantillons young.

Dinner at Liuyishou (Chicago, IL): Fantastic showing. Balanced with its tart acidity, and bright red raspberry flavours. The dregs get a little icky with the dead yeast taste, but before getting to that, this was a pleasure to drink (especially with hot pot).
Bottled June 29, 2020. Surprisingly tart -- much more so than I would have expected. The archetypal raspberry nose, with an intense aroma of raspberry pips. Slightly hoppy and funky, but more clean than not. On the palate, the acidity is a little too prominent for my taste now, even though I really do love the distinct tart raspberry notes here.
White elephant gift exchange (Chicago, IL): I believe this was a 2016 bottling. The nose here is much better than the palate; clearly some raspberry notes and you can even smell the little hairs that raspberries have. The palate is starting to turn a little bit as well. I prefer my lambics fresher.
