pnp. Brett and some sulphur notes on opening, which did eventually partially blow off, revealing really pretty and candied fruit underneath alongside some soil and earthy notes. Beautiful light body, med+acid. This really shined served with a grilled steak and I'd highly recommend it with grilled/bbq foods, not sure it's as enjoyable on its own. Very solid food wine.
Day 2: brett funk has dissipated, leaving some really pretty fruit behind. Jammy and candied fruit, a bit of spice, a bit of game. Really lovely.

Couldn't put it any better than the reviews below. This was open for business last night, just a complete and perfectly-integrated wine, with no singular characteristic stepping out in front of the others. Aromas and the palate danced from one element to another seamlessly, from fruit, to terroir, bits of game and animal, to mineral. An absolutely stunning and haunting wine. If you're going to serve with food, keep it simple. Roast chicken and potatoes. Let this wine sing because it will.

Showed beautifully last night. Evolved over the course of the evening, showing a complete and well-integrated wine. There were little hints of mineral and fruit here and there but after several hours open this was showing lush brioche cake with sugar along with concentrated white flower aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle. Just a joy to drink and in perfect condition. There were times I would have been okay with a touch more acidity but to drink an aged CC of this quality there's not much room to nitpick
