  This is the fourth 08 from Vougeraie I have had in the last week or so and I have been impressed with all - Gevrey Les Evocelles Village, NSG Les Damodes 1er, Vougeot Les Cras 1er. Each showing own terroir expression.
  The Chambolle is pure with a detailed and impressive mouthfeel that goes for much longer than a village should. Has good minerality and a touch of sap that moves to an attractive savoury flavour towards the finish. Has the overall breed of Chambolle and is a real winner.
