(Mostly) Burgundy Dinner with Friends (Hughes House - Chicago IL): Opened and double decanted three hours before serving. Slightly dirty even with good power. Not perfectly pristine, and probably not a perfect bottle.

Strong acidity, raspberry chocolate and a little bit of mint. Potential to age for another 3 to 5 years. Pretty fresh drink for now.
had ten days ago and no notes but remember this being bullish bodied for an '08, and pretty good but down the middle and four square
Limited tasting note. I am a big fan of Olivier Bernstein's wines. Lovely spice, dark cherries and mineral earthiness. Loads of power underneath.
Yummy Burgundian cherries, with a stiff pine tar backbone, good acidity, respectable length. Will try again in a few years.
