  • I had mistakenly thought this was a bottle I scored for under $40, and at that price I was ready to go seek out more. Solid 1985 napa cab with some interest on the nose. But at $50+ I would not jump at this -- it is good, but not special. It's at peak drinkability. Not yet on the verge of falling apart, but all the same, drink up.
