The color is starting to deepen. This has good purity on the nose, showing light aromas of nuts, honey, white flowers and a hint of toast. Medium bodied and fairly elegant, this Champagne features good acidity and good concentration. The medium plus length finish displays a vibrant mineral tinge.
I had my last bottle with fondue again and still found that warm and snuggly quality. This has a very rounded feeling to it and I find it quite likeable though the acid doesn't shine as much as I usually like in Champagne.
TN: Kapcsandy, Angelus, Cotat, Felsina ++ (Our home): This was a fine bottle, but lacked anything to make it outstanding. Light gold in color. The nose has some toast, a bit of fresh cut hay and some citrusy qualities. On the palate, this is almost smooth. Has some minerals. Good, not great.
