My last bottle, and surprisingly it's by far the youngest seeming. Hardly a hint of the oxidization that defined my previous several bottles. Peach preserves, coconut, dried herbs, explicit but balanced oak, excellent acidity, relatively tame in this iteration but a nice characterful wine and probably more how it was meant to age - never tried it fresh, so it's cool to get an idea of what it was like from this time machine bottle.

Maybe less fruit than 9 months ago, but similar otherwise. Oxidization is front and center, but controlled by huge acidity. Generous dosages of minerality and dried herbs, with some tropical fruit. Some heat, but balanced by the acidity. A tasty and enjoyable beverage for the $6.67 damage.

More oxidized than the last bottle, pretty dominant now but still held totally in check by the acidity. Nice combination of exotic fruit, herbs, acidity, and oxidization, quite enjoyable.

Somewhat oxidized, in a good way, along with piña colada (including the rum), custard apple, blood orange, and alpine herbs. Pretty bizarre, and quite enjoyable. Slightly off dry, or maybe just an impression of sweetness from some esters. Plenty of acidity makes everything work.

Oaky nose with fresh herbs, and white florals. Palate doesn't have as much oak as the nose suggests which is a relief. An interesting blend of Grenache Gris and Granache Blanc, this has some interesting notes of melon, minerals and herbs.
