Very nice rose. It has good body, but may be lacking a little crispness or acidity. Has a nice berry nose. For a higher score, the flavors could be slightly more pronounced, but over all an excellent wine.

Consistent with prior review. Blend of Grenache, Zin, and P.S. The color of strawberry soda. On the nose, mostly strawberry with a hint of raspberries. On the palate, in addition to strawberry and raspberry there is a wonderful vein of acidity. I found it be medium bodied, approaching creamy. Off dry for me ,which makes it a great summer wine for quaffing and with food. Also enjoyed with Thanksgiving dinner. Alas, my last bottle. Looking forward to 2010 Vin Gris!

Perky blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Petite Sirah and 20% Zinfandel leads off with a pronounced scent of strawberry backed up by cherry and some raspberry. Initial flavors are almost entirely strawberry focused, but then this little beauty begins to open up on the palate, with more raspberry and cherry. What sets this wine apart is the bolt of acidity that keeps everything else in check. This wine has a neat little trick up its sleeve in that it deftly straddles the line between being sweet and very dry. There is nothing cloying or slutty about this rosé and it offers excellent QPR. A case or two for the summer is perfectly acceptable!
