  Lunch at Le Bil (Le Bilboquet): Pop and pour. Served blind. Tons of iron and minerality. Clearly Chambolle. Not Musigny but definite high level. I guessed 08. Lucky guess.

  Dégusté à deux reprises dans les 3 dernières années, ce Grand Cru de Bourgogne est du solide. Un Pinot noir riche et aguichant avec ses notes de noyau de cerise, de groseille et d’épices. La bouche est dense avec ses tanins étoffés, un vin encore costaud qui pourra vieillir encore plusieurs années.
