Dinner with Tanzer and McCarthy (Seattle, WA, USA): Mmm, great aromatics. Lemon and flint, touch of seashell. The palate was less interesting for a while, somewhat more chemical and wound up, but with time in the glass it did round out quite nicely.

Very nice potent reduction notes with a little petrol-rubber character melted with pear and stone; silky, tart and crisp mineral character also. Very nice.
