  S: earthy plum T: started out with a heavy iron taste. Decanted it for 20-30 minutes and it got much better. You have to decant this one, otherwise I would have rated a 68. Very slight sweetness up front, nice cherry mid, but finishes out with a bit of an alcohol burn. Dry on the end. Would have rated it higher if the finish was smooth. Also serve at cellar temp. 55 deg F for best taste

  Not the best chianti I've had. A little light color and body. Needed to be fuller-bodied. A little on the sweet side.

  Medium purple for a chianti. Aromas and flavors of blackberry, raspberry, and currant. Well integrated tannins, but slightly acidic. Short and simple finish. Overall, very easy drinking but lacking in any complexity.

  Bright ruby. Nose has some floral elements, spice. Light to medium bodied. Savoury, lacking depth, some dark cherry, minimal acid and tannin ,quite simple. Short finish. Ok but lacks any character.
