  This has a gorgeous bouquet; it smells of Mediterranean fields of underbrush, grasses, and pollinating wildflowers.
  
  The palate is interesting, it shows some agreeable complexities, but it's a bit faint, not thin, just weak. I initially thought with air the palate would explode the way the bouquet does, but it didn't. Kept it for a second day just to be sure...no joy.
  
  In sum, a very pleasant wine, that is not worth retail but for $12 is great value. If the palate was as good as the bouquet it would be wonderful.
