United Cellars Grand Burgundy Tasting 2013 (Royal Automobile Club, Macquarie Street, Sydney): Citrus and stone fruit, slight cedar and spice, perfumed/floral notes with an almost ethereal quality as well. In the mouth the wine has medium plus acid, muted fruit and quite a four square structure. But it is very pleasant. The oak notes dominate the palate. I think it needs a bit more time.
