Allowed to breathe in bottle for 30 minutes, then decanted gently and served. Hazy light ruby-brick red color. A traditional old burgundy with bouquet of truffles, tart red berries, barnyard, worn jock strap, and rose petals. Medium body with excellent balance. My #3, group's SECOND PLACE.
