The end of a nice run of six, this continued to fatten out. Green apple and lemon zest became baked apple and lemon curd. Early hints of toast, but the remarkable energy and zing of this wine shows no signs of laying down. Electricity in sync with flavour and some nice beaded mousse.

Still very nice, although beginning to get a little long in the tooth. Some yeasty-nutty quality, and the sharp acidic edge is now more mellow. My last bottle, but I'd be curious how much longer it would last.

Nice champagne, nothing too crazy, but really austere, flinty, and racy. Just pleasant to drink; makes for a good aperitif.
