This was a delightful and refined Cru Bourgeois, with a nice floral finish; quite the bargain for the $19 I paid for it at Costco. I should have bought a truckload.

Middling red at the rim - now a more classic Bordeaux nose than before, less floral/red fruits and more menthol dark fruits and earth. Medium bodied, no great intensity but ready to drink - well made good value "luncheon claret".

Consistent with my note from September 2013. I believe the wine has closed up. It is thin and hollow. You don't really taste the oak and burnt toast mixed with coffee. Instead you taste something similar to balsamic vinegar. Decanted this wine for 2 hours, and I will say it tasted better after it had been open for 4 hours. I still think that in a few years this wine will be really nice.

Dark purple colour. Fruity, juicy, dark cherries, plums, smoky and vanilla notes of barrel. Mid palate and finish.

Classic bordeaux nose. Opened up with time - earthy, dark fruits with good intensity and finish. Drinking well now and hard to see it getting better.
