  Popped and poured with grilled tilapia. When first opened, it was very bland and dull but it really showed well as it got closer to room temperature. Fresh aroma of crisp green apple, minerals and lime. Taste is pretty consistent with the aroma, particularly with the lime and green apple. This was a great buy for the $7.99 I paid for it and will return to see if I can get more at that price.
