Did not decant. UJpon first opening much earthiness which settled down with time, needed over 30 minutes. Nose became somewhat floral. I'm interested in where it is going. What I'll have in 6 years.

if there is a more food friendly wine in the past 3 years, ive not had it. spot on dried fruit and steel cut oats meets celery salad and metallica. textbook chinon here needs to be served to the haters. not that crazy to think this was more expensive then bordeaux in the not too distant past. when your palate evolves this is what you crave more and more and more and more ana dljflak fjdl;akfadfdaf
