Lime infused pear riding on a weighty, rocky mineral surface. Very dry. Finishes with a touch of acerbic pithy citrus. This paired nicely with a chicken picata. It does need to complement food, as it isn't really a solo drinker.

I don't drink a lot of Rieslings. I think this is extremely good served slightly chilled with buttery or fatty food. The bright tropical fruit is astoundingly good. The acidity maybe a bit high for new wine drinkers but it cuts through the fatty food like sharp knife and reveals the flavors underneath. Finishes crisp and clean.
Remember you don't drink the label.
