Quite hot on the nose, and it has the inevitable Paso softness and non-descript qualities (merlot? cab? syrah? who knows!), but it's not too heavy on the black fruit, which I like, it has some structure, and only a real wine geek snob would call it unenjoyable. Like nearly all Paso wines, not worth the money, but their olive oil is out of this world!
