I poured some of the bottle into the lamb shank braise, and decided to actually drink a bit of what remained. Immediately upon pouring it was decent. Then about 10 minutes later, it just turned harsh and sour. Then an hour later - as I tried to pour the rest for everyone else (who all knew better) - it mellowed back out again, and wasn't nearly so bad. Not really good either. But not nearly so offensive as last one we opened. Based on our limited sample (2 bottles), I'm suggesting you avoid this one ...
