  Color is an age-appropriate light golden yellow. Aromas of beeswax, bruised apple and spiced pear. Adds a hint of citrus fruit as it warmed. On the lighter side of medium-bodied. Apple, honeycomb and nutmeg on the palate. 88/89 pts.

  Day three after opening and sitting in the fridge. Dark gold color. Apples and brown sugar on the nose. On the palate, nice mouthfeel, butterscotch flavor and some apple, a little oak on the finish. Definitely sweeter than I was expecting. Not my typical style, as its lacking acidity and minerality, but surprising enjoyable to simply just drink on its own for what it is. 88pts. Aloha!
