Blend of Hondarribi Zuri, Hondarribi Zuri Zerratia and Izkiriota. Macerated on skins, fermented on lees and aged with batonnage for five months. 10.5% abv. Very light lemon color. Nose of pineapple and green apple with a touch of lemon juice. Pétillant on the palate, light bodied. Fruit dries out on the back end and finishes somewhat thin and hard.
