  • Pink color of medium intensity. A fruity & floral smell. A wine that isn't the most complex but provides immense pleasure! Palate is of medium length, quite subtle but still depth. The medium high acidity is masked behind the flavors consist of strawberries and raspberries. A wine that is more about the fruit than structure. But still the subtleness and fragrancy is what one can contemplate on. Outstanding stuff. This is in lovely phase right now and doesn't need waiting.

  • I hope I'm rating this higher then Veuve... Definitely smoother, smaller bubbles and far surpasses the orange label. Is it fantastic??? No... But don't put it in the "mimosa" category!! The amazing sunset from the cliffs of the Chateau St. Cassis Castle may have helped too.
