  シャンペンのぶどう種の違いに関心持ったら、cremantにも興味湧いた。　chとシノン、そもそもはローカルグレープで泡作っていたがcremantにするためにchとシノンを使い始めたのそうだ。その苦労のかいあってか、人気あるらしい。　ママから送ってきたものもまぜて、ちょびちょびと和食味を食べたのにあわせて開けた。　食べている間より、席外して戻ってグラスに残ったのもすすいと飲んたときが素晴らしかった。口に残った味とあう、えみ味と日本からの味が混じってしばらくして、が良いのだ。食後のチョコレートととも一緒に、久しぶりにシャンポールを入れて。　チョコレートは、rhuburbとvanilla味が良し。　
  
  続けて今晩も。　一杯と、食後にもう一杯で飲み終わり。　食後は、Malta土産fig liquorと割ってみた。20%、少し強い。　マドレーヌと一緒に。　マドレーヌはDisney駅で買った12個入り。楽しめる。　食事は、昨日からの続きで、和を中心にちょびちょび、この泡には最適。

  Daughter's 30th Birthday Party; warm summer's evening, Hog Roast, Marquees etc...
  24 bottles gone in flash as a welcoming apéritif and with canapés. Crisp, clean and lemony, while lacking the core fruit and depth of the real thing perfect for this type of event and very good value (bonus point applied).
  For drinking on purchase.
