Lesser Italian White Varietals (Duchman Family Winery Driftwood, Texas): A blend of Verdeca and Bianco d'Allesano. Nice and easy, but dropped out in the mid-palate and had a bitter finish. It improved after awhile and had noticeable low acid. Tasters thought it might go with fish as there was a saline/sea quality and it was rather light, with some noticeable flavor of apricot jam or candied apricots.
